Organic compost plant of Yazd was designed to receive the mixed waste materials of the city with the capacity of 250 MT per day and it is under construction. Fine compost production rate is about 10% to 15% of input waste, which is 25 to 37 MT per day. The required electricity is 400 KW, which is supplied from public network and high-pressure pylons near the factory. Four different contracts were concluded for establishment of this factory including: machinery sale contract on 20.July.2005, construction contract on 12.March.2006, design, installation and operation contract on 20.July.2005, and environmental evaluation contract on 03.Jan.2006. The project of Yazd Organic Compost Plant includes two sections: Buildings (the building of the plant) and the related machinery and equipment: Construction section of Yazd Organic Compost Plant includes:
